Gautam is a Strategic Talent Advisor for Google's AI and Engineering teams, where he partners with senior leadership to drive hiring strategy for some of the world's most competitive AI roles. Before returning to Google, he founded Gitty AI, a recruiting platform helping AI and deep-tech companies scale their engineering organizations — shaping his philosophy that talent strategy should be data-driven and uncompromising on candidate experience. He also spent 8+ years as a mentor at Capital Factory, advising early-stage founders on building world-class technical teams. Gautam holds a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA from UT McCombs.
